Sooke is the kind of place where people of colour, LGBTQ+ people, and those fortunate enough to have been on this land for generations come together to volunteer, work, play and help make our community what it is.

Sooke should continue to be a compassionate community—a place where strangers greet each other with a smile, neighbours look out for one another, and people from different backgrounds work together to make our community better.
